What is a touchpoint?
Our pricing is based on monthly touchpoints. Think of a touchpoint as a point of interaction with a guest—this can be a text message or moving a guest to another mobile page inside BrightGuest.
How many touchpoints do I need each month?
Determine the number of people you plan on engaging each month and multiply that by the number of times you plan on interacting with those people throughout the month (ex: sending text messages).
What if I go over my plan’s touchpoint limit?
If you go over your plan’s touchpoint limit, no problem! Continue with your mobile campaigns, and you will be charged at the price per touchpoint of your current plan for touchpoint overages as you accrue them. We will also notify you via email if you near your touchpoint limit prior to the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Oh yes, there is! When you sign up for a new account, you will get a 14-day free trial that comes with 50 free touchpoints to play around with. A credit card is not required for the free trial. After 14 days or after you use the 50 touchpoints, you can select a plan and add your credit card.
What’s the difference between annual and monthly plans?
Annual plans are billed as a single payment once per year at a discount of 20%. You have the entire year to use those touchpoints, regardless of which months you use them. Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle and your touchpoint volume resets each month.
Can I change my plan?
You can easily change plans in the billing section of your account dashboard. You’re welcome to upgrade your plan at any time. To downgrade your plan, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can initiate the downgrade effective at the end of your current billing cycle (either monthly or annually).
What is a text to join keyword?
A text to join keyword is a single or multi-word phrase that can contain letters or numbers. People can text a keyword to the short code (abbreviated mobile number) to join a mobile marketing campaign. For example, text ENGAGE to 27000. ENGAGE is the text to join keyword and 27000 is the short code. Monthly and annual plans come with text to join keywords. You can reserve and use additional keywords at any time for $10/month.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For high volume plans and larger organizations, we can support invoicing. All prices above are in USD.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes! You have access to our customer success team when you sign up for an account. Once you sign up, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 training session to help set up your account and launch your first mobile engagement campaign. We offer ongoing email support seven days a week and phone and live chat support Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm MST.
Do you offer account management?
If you need a little extra help after your training session, we have account management options available to you. Have an idea for a campaign you want built? We can set it up for you starting at $499 per campaign. Need ongoing management and strategy? We have that as well. Email email@example.com to start a convo.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on monthly plans and a 23% discount on annual plans for nonprofit organizations. If you are a nonprofit, select that as your industry when you sign up for an account and we’ll be in touch with you.
