Is there a free trial?
Of course! When you sign up for a new account, you’ll get a 14 day free trial that comes with 50 free text messages to play around with. A credit card is not required for the free trial.
How much do text messages cost?
You can purchase packages of text messages in your account starting at 4 cents/msg to less than 2 cents/msg. You only pay for the text messages you use, and messages don’t expire as long as your account is active.
Can I change my plan?
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan in your account dashboard. Upgrades go into effect immediately, downgrades take place on your billing renew date. To cancel your plan, contact email@example.com.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we support invoicing. All prices above are in USD.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes! All accounts come with a 30-min training session with one of our Customer Success Specialists to discuss your business objectives and how we can help. In addition, all plans come with ongoing chat, email and phone support Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm MST. Pro and Enterprise plans come with priority support on weekends and holidays.
Do you offer account management?

Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on monthly plans and a 23% discount on annual plans for nonprofit organizations. If you are a nonprofit, select that as your industry when you sign up for an account and we’ll be in touch.
