Is there a setup fee?

Yes, we have onboarding and setup packages for each plan designed to get you up and running quickly with your mobile engagement campaigns launched in less than a week. Interested in learning more? Request a demo.

How much do text messages cost?

You can purchase packages of text messages in your account starting at 4 cents/msg to less than 2 cents/msg. You only pay for the text messages you use, and messages don’t expire as long as your account is active.

Can I change my plan?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan in your account dashboard. Upgrades go into effect immediately, downgrades take place on your billing renew date. To cancel your plan, contact support@brightguest.com.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we support invoicing. All prices above are in USD.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes! All plans come with an onboarding and setup package with our Customer Success Team to get you up and running as fast as possible. In addition, all plans come with ongoing live chat, email and phone support Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm MST. Pro and Enterprise plans come with priority support on weekends and holidays.

Do you offer account services?

All plans come with your own self-service dashboard. Pro and Enterprise plans come with dedicated account support to help with ongoing strategy and training. You can add on professional services to any of the plans to receive additional account management. Request a demo to learn more.
